By using Nored Ventures websites, product pages, or apps, you agree to use them as planning, organization, productivity, or informational tools and to verify information before making decisions.

Products and availability

Products, features, prices, platforms, release status, and availability may change. Product pages may include active products, testing releases, future products, app-store links, web-app links, affiliate resources, and support information.

No-Red Budget App local-first operation

No-Red Budget App stores budget data locally on the user's device or browser in the current version. It does not require bank login, cloud budget sync, or a No-Red budget account. Users are responsible for device security and exported backups.

Paid Web/PWA access and U.S. eligibility

Direct No-Red Budget App Web/PWA checkout is currently offered only to customers located in the United States who provide a U.S. billing address. Nored Ventures may use Netlify IP-based country detection and Stripe billing-country information to enforce this rule. Checkout or access may be refused when the country cannot be verified or does not meet the requirement.

The current direct checkout authorizes payment before capture. If the expected product, amount, currency, completed authorization, and U.S. billing country are verified, the payment is captured and access may be issued. If the billing country is ineligible, the authorization is canceled rather than captured. A temporary pending authorization may remain visible until the buyer's bank releases it.

Payment gives access to the Web/PWA version; it does not create a cloud budget account or cloud budget-sync service. Stripe verification, Restore Purchase, and periodic access rechecks may be required. Do not share paid access. Access may be refused or revoked for fraud, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, or failed verification.

App-store purchases

Google Play, Apple, or another app store may use different availability, payment, tax, refund, and account rules. App-store purchases are governed by the platform terms shown during purchase and are separate from direct Web/PWA checkout.

Refunds and payment issues

Direct Web/PWA refund requests are reviewed through Nored Ventures support and/or Stripe. Refunded, reversed, disputed, canceled, or unverifiable payments do not qualify for continued access. Bank, card-network, payment-provider, tax, and dispute rules may affect processing time and outcomes.

Affiliate and third-party resources

Some pages, apps, or resource screens may contain clearly labeled affiliate links. Nored Ventures may earn a commission from qualifying actions at no additional cost to the user. Third-party products are governed by their own terms, fees, eligibility rules, and privacy policies. Affiliate resources are not professional recommendations or guarantees.

No professional advice

Nored Ventures products do not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, lending, credit-repair, debt-settlement, insurance, investment, code-compliance, engineering, or professional inspection advice. Outputs and estimates are informational planning aids.

User responsibility and data loss

Users are responsible for entries, imported rows, dates, categories, labels, notes, paid status, backup files, and decisions made outside the app. Clearing storage, uninstalling, replacing a device, private browsing, device damage, or storage limits may delete local data. Export backups regularly.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use products unlawfully, bypass access controls, share paid access, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or misrepresent a Nored Ventures product as a regulated professional service. Nored Ventures product names, original code, graphics, text, and branding remain protected subject to applicable third-party licenses listed in the Third-Party Notices.

No guarantees and limitation

Products and websites are provided as-is and as-available. Nored Ventures does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or file, error-free results, or suitability for every use case. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
