These Terms apply to the Nored Ventures LLC company website and general product information. A product may have additional product-specific terms, purchase terms, order forms, or app-store terms. Product-specific terms control where they address a product more specifically.

Separate products and access rights

Nored Ventures operates or develops multiple products. A license, login, purchase, subscription, or authorization for one product does not automatically grant access to another product unless Nored Ventures expressly states otherwise.

Products and development status

Product pages may describe active products, testing releases, pilots, future products, app-store offerings, and web apps. Features, prices, release status, availability, and supported platforms may change. A development or preview page is not a promise of a release date or feature.

No-Red Budget App

No-Red Budget App is local-first in the current version. Purchases through Google Play are governed by applicable Google Play terms. Direct Web/PWA checkout is a separate purchase channel and may use Stripe and Netlify. The product's own Privacy Policy and Terms provide the controlling product-specific details.

Third-party and affiliate resources

External products and services are operated by their respective providers. Clearly labeled affiliate relationships may generate compensation to Nored Ventures. External providers control their own terms, prices, eligibility, data practices, and availability.

No professional advice

Nored Ventures products are planning, organization, workflow, productivity, and informational tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise by a properly licensed professional service, they do not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, lending, credit-repair, debt-settlement, insurance, investment, engineering, code-compliance, or professional inspection advice.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the website or products unlawfully, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, misrepresent Nored Ventures products, or interfere with third-party services. Nored Ventures retains rights in its original code, branding, graphics, text, and product designs, subject to applicable third-party licenses.

Availability and limitation

Websites and products are provided as-is and as-available. Nored Ventures does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or use case, error-free outputs, or third-party uptime. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
