Privacy Policy

Company-level scope. This policy describes privacy practices for the Nored Ventures LLC company website and explains how Nored Ventures organizes privacy across its products. Each product may also have a product-specific privacy policy. When a product-specific policy describes that product's data practice more specifically, the product-specific disclosure controls for that practice.
Separate Nored Ventures products
Nored Ventures may operate No-Red Budget App, Nored Route, RouteXR, RouteXD, and other software products. Being a user of one product does not automatically authorize access to another product. Product data is not automatically shared across products merely because they are owned by Nored Ventures LLC, use the noredventures.com domain, or use a common infrastructure provider. Any intentional cross-product integration should be disclosed in the affected product policy before it is enabled.
Company website information
The public company website is primarily informational. When a visitor loads the site, the hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security/log data as needed to deliver and protect the site. Nored Ventures does not intentionally use the company website to collect local app content from a user's device.
Contact and support
If a person contacts Nored Ventures, we may receive the information they choose to provide, including name, email address, screenshots, purchase details, company information, device/browser details, or the contents of the message. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
No-Red Budget App
No-Red Budget App has its own product-specific privacy policy at budget.noredventures.com/privacy.html. Its current budgeting records are local-first. The Web/PWA may separately use Netlify, Stripe, and BigDataCloud for hosting/access/payment and optional location features, as described in that policy. The Android version distributed through Google Play is also covered by the product-specific policy.
Developing and non-public products
Product pages may describe software that is in development, private testing, pilot use, or not distributed through an app store. A development listing does not mean the product collects data from the visitor. Before a product materially changes its data collection, account model, cloud synchronization, analytics, advertising, or third-party processing, its public disclosures should be updated to match the deployed behavior.
Payments, affiliate links, and outside services
When a visitor follows a purchase, app-store, affiliate, map, or other external link, the outside provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Nored Ventures may receive transaction, referral, support, or status information where needed for the applicable service, but does not receive full payment card numbers from Stripe-hosted checkout. Material affiliate relationships are disclosed on the Affiliate Disclosure page and near applicable affiliate links.
Sale, advertising, and data minimization
Nored Ventures does not sell No-Red Budget App budget entries. Nored Ventures aims to limit collection to information reasonably needed for the applicable product, purchase, support request, security function, or legal obligation. If a product later uses materially different analytics, advertising, cloud sync, or account features, the applicable disclosure should be updated before release.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is processed. Support, transaction, access, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, and accounting records may be retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations. Nored Ventures uses reasonable safeguards for information it controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Nored Ventures' business and productivity products are not directed to children under 13 unless a product-specific policy expressly says otherwise.
